The nation's premier annual physical activity and Hispanic family health celebration.

On Saturday, November 14, 2009, over 3,500 attendees joined us for a day of fun, excitement, and education!

¡Vive tu vida! Get up! Get moving! has something for everyone, including:

• Artery Explorer: an interactive, educational traveling exhibit by AstraZeneca
• Arrive early and bring your camera for the special appearance by ‘Your Favorite Explorer and her Cousin!’
• Ask-A-Lawyer presented by Legal Aid of Northwest Texas
• Health screenings, including cholesterol, blood pressure, glucose and vision
• Nutrition information
• Workshops on healthy living
• Dance and music presentations
• High-tech games
• Sports and fitness demonstrations, including martial arts, soccer and tennis
• Obstacle course, batting cages, sack race, tug-o-war and more!
